What You'll Own

Platform & Shop Operations

  • Own day-to-day TikTok Shop management — product listings, assortment decisions, pricing, and promotional calendar
  • Plan and execute promotional levers (flash deals, bundles, limited-time offers) to drive conversion and revenue
  • Monitor and optimize Shop Ads campaigns, adjusting bids and budgets based on performance data
  • Manage CRM cadence within TikTok Shop to drive repeat purchase and retention

Copy & Creative Direction

  • Write and iterate on conversion-focused copy across product listings, affiliate briefs, and Shop storefronts
  • Develop content frameworks and talking points that equip affiliates to create high-performing content
  • Collaborate with brand marketing to ensure copy reflects GoPure's clinical voice while staying native to TikTok culture

Affiliate Relationship Management

  • Own the affiliate strategy end-to-end — outreach, onboarding, activation, and retention
  • Partner with growth assistants to ensure consistent weekly outreach and community engagement
  • Build and deepen 1:1 relationships with top-performing affiliates, acting as their key GoPure contact
  • Develop an engaged affiliate community through product seeding, education sessions, creator campaigns, and campaign briefs
  • Identify and recruit new affiliate talent aligned with GoPure's audience and aesthetic

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own weekly business reporting — tracking GMV, conversion rate, affiliate-driven revenue, and ad performance
  • Use data to identify growth levers and quickly implement changes that move the needle
  • Surface insights to leadership and cross-functional partners to inform broader brand and product decisions

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with DTC to ensure seamless Shopify integration and smooth order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with brand marketing to align creator strategies with campaign priorities and product launches
  • Work with product and supply chain teams to ensure inventory readiness for promotions and viral moments

  • You have deep fluency in TikTok Shop — you understand the algorithm, the affiliate ecosystem, and what makes content convert
  • You're a strong copywriter with an instinct for what resonates on social — you can go from a product brief to a scroll-stopping listing in one sitting
  • You're highly analytical and make decisions backed by data, not gut feeling alone
  • You're a natural relationship-builder — affiliates trust you, and you genuinely enjoy cultivating those connections
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and love being able to pivot quickly when something isn't working
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset — you see gaps as opportunities and take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
  • You're a strong cross-functional collaborator who can communicate clearly with creative, ops, and exec teams alike
  • You have 4+ years of experience in social commerce, e-commerce, growth marketing, or affiliate/creator program management
