Looking  for a full time Paid Media Manager to join their fast-growing team in San Diego. This position is a great opportunity for an individual with paid search and paid social experience to take their skills and career to the next level. The PPC Manager will be directly responsible for managing client paid search/display/shopping accounts, monitoring cross-platform advertising performance and reporting to clients.

Position Responsibilities

  • Directly manage 6-10 PPC advertising accounts
  • Coordinate with analytics, SEO, social and web development teams
  • Provide support within the Paid Media team for difficult client inquiries and complex client initiatives
  • Utilize client historical, competitive and ad network data to build the best practice account structure
  • Provide banner ad and landing page designers with content specifications
  • Utilize bidding, testing and optimization tools to maximize client ad spend efficiency
  • Analyze performance analytics; monitor budget pacing and performance trend changes
  • Create and summarize advertising account performance reports

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience managing paid search/social campaigns (> $10,000/mo)
  • Demonstrated strong communication, organization and task execution skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Intermediate Google Analytics skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree

Desired Qualifications but Not Required:

  • Digital marketing agency experience
  • Programmatic display and native ads experience
  • Search Ads 360, Optmyzr and Data Studio experience
  • Intermediate Google Tag Manager skills
  • CRM, shopping cart platform and website builder experience
  • Conversion tracking and call tracking implementation experience
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) skills
