MV team Support: This position involves support for the Executive Officer as well as supporting the recruiting team as needed. This might include working up commission reports, email inquiries, calendaring interviews, A/R follow up with customers, planning events, picking up coffee/lunches for the staff, ordering new office supplies and snacks, setting up new hires in office,as well as any other tasks that could free up some time for the Executive Officer.
Contractor Support: Linqm has many contractors across several markets; Assisting in ensuring accurate and approved online timecards, company benefits and insurance implementation, payroll, new hire paperwork, termination paperwork, and any other contractor and/or employee tasks as needed.
Marketing-Branding Project Management: Find solutions to help update and improve Linqm company Branding/Content/Messaging. Are you able to find the right resources to help improve the following: Website; Consistent Brand; Instagram page updates; Linqm presentation revamped; 2-page revamped; Logo,clean, resized for all platforms; Business card changes.
HR | Compliance | Accounting: Assist Operations Manager/Accountant with day to day activities as needed. This may include setting up sexual harassment and any other required training sessions needed throughout the year, researching CA employment compliance to ensure we are on top of things, helping with A/R and A/P as needed, ensuring employees stay within compliance.
