Document Coordinator

LINQM is engaged on a 6+ month engaged for a Document Coordinator.


  1. Must have experience proofreading documents and accurate data entry
  2. Must have experience with Microsoft Office- Excel (basic), Outlook 
  3. Must have top communication skills written and verbal 
  4. Preferred past experience with a product lifecycle management (PLM) system is preferred

Day to day:

  1. Review ECRs to ensure compliance and completeness against ECR procedures 
  2. Update and enter ECR changes into System 
  3. Upload paper records into electronic document system 
  4. Proofread changes 
  5. May accompany vendors during site visits (e.g, shredding, offsite storage)
  6. Assist in the organization and maintenance of file storage areas including preparing documents and requesting records to and from offsite storage 
  7. May perform work of clerk as requested

Other experience:

Good computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system

Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills

Able to read, write, comprehend, and speak English
