MANSCAPED™ is seeking seasonal Customer Support for the holidays.  If you are a passionate, enthusiastic, open-minded, unique, client focused rock star excited to delight our current and prospective customers with each interaction we need you! As a Customer Support professional you will guide our customers through resolution, answer questions, inform about products and services, assist with orders, and process returns/cancellations.

The goal is to over deliver when responding to customer service requests, customer feedback online.

What you'll be doing on the daily:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Work well with other team members in a professional way.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Maintain reporting on metrics through google sheets or excel
  • Other duties as needed


Who should apply:

  • You must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office and interest and ability in learning new programs
  • Successfully performed in customer service or support role for a few years (and enjoyed it!)
  • Most importantly - a great attitude, collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for being part of something great!
