MANSCAPED™ is seeking seasonal Customer Support for the holidays. If you are a passionate, enthusiastic, open-minded, unique, client focused rock star excited to delight our current and prospective customers with each interaction we need you! As a Customer Support professional you will guide our customers through resolution, answer questions, inform about products and services, assist with orders, and process returns/cancellations.
The goal is to over deliver when responding to customer service requests, customer feedback online.
What you'll be doing on the daily:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Work well with other team members in a professional way.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Maintain reporting on metrics through google sheets or excel
- Other duties as needed
Who should apply:
- You must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office and interest and ability in learning new programs
- Successfully performed in customer service or support role for a few years (and enjoyed it!)
- Most importantly - a great attitude, collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for being part of something great!
