LINQM is looking for multiple CSR's (Customer Success Associates) in the Stanton area.
JOB DUTIES: Answer incoming calls from residential and/or business customers regarding their waste & recycling service. Provide exceptional customer service in a professional, positive and efficient manner. Handle complaints/concerns. Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of call center experience, preferably in an inbound customer service department. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of computers.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in waste and recycling industry, bilingual (English/Spanish), and familiarity with Google Maps are all beneficial but not required.
