Overview:
- Work with Center of Excellence leadership to oversee the collection and definition of functional and non-functional requirements
- Design and demonstrate solutions, oversee the QA effort, and ensure delivery of solutions to stakeholders
- Communicate and collaborate with other development teams
- Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve Clearing applications
- Work closely and communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ of full-stack .NET and/or C# development; designing applications, developing user interfaces, and integrating with vendor APIs
- 3+ years' as a tech lead/mentor or manager
- Use of source control tools like Azure DevOps, TFS, ServiceNow
- Requirements gathering, grooming and documentation
- Building and executing test plans, defect tracking and resolution
- Exceptional work ethic, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical
- Strong understanding of SCRUM/Agile methodology and practices
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred:
- Financial services and/or consumer banking
- Knowledge of OutSystems
