Director OR Sr. Director of Growth
$125 - $150k base + equity!
- Ideally 2 days a week in office (Austin, TX)
Must haves: Someone that knows how to get in the weeds however has been more strategy focused over the years.
Manages agencies – paid media, sms, pr, creative, amazon, and more!
Ideally experienced in paid media and media buying activities
Currently everything is up and running smooth however there is upside potential and we need someone to come in, head it up and capitalize on the growth opportunity.
Focus on revenue growth and building
Understands the Shopify infrastructure and can help with CRO (conversion rates)
*This essentially will be the CEO's right hand guy/gal to run these product, digital, and brand marketing teams.
Any experience and exposure heading up Podcast, OTT, OOH would be great
- 5+ years of relevant, generalist experience in ecommerce, especially in scaling Shopify-based brands
- Extensive experience in direct response marketing and multi-channel execution
- Extensive experience in retention and lifecycle marketing, with, ideally, experience with subscription businesses
- Ability to work harmoniously with creative, product, and brand marketing teams.
- Committed to learning and expanding technical knowledge of growth marketing
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills including ability to use data and metrics to develop business cases and inform decision-making
- Ability to think outside the box and creatively
- Open minded, ready to learn, willing to teach others within the org about ecommerce and growth marketing
