LINQM is looking for a Project Coordinator.
The Project Coordinator for the construction & engineering organization will support various cell manufacturing projects in Lathrop, CA. The primary objective of this role is to support the construction and engineering teams by understanding, identifying, and improving project coordination processes. Ideal candidates must possess excellent communication and planning skills, sound judgment, creative problem-solving abilities, have a strong quality & customer-focused mindset, have the personal drive and stamina for relentlessness, and the ability to quickly adapt to change.
Gather, organize, and distribute design requirements and inputs across from various end users
Maintain and assist in driving productive meetings across project teams, providing, and following up with action items daily
Lead initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects while mitigating risk and variability
Establish and maintain quality performance metrics.
Create and develop status reports and summaries for executive management in conjunction with project leads
Track project design status from conception to handoff to execution teams
Employ a can-do attitude, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and aligned to the program goals
Develop tools that enable efficient operations maximizing the teams time spent on solving problems
Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in supporting facilities/infrastructure design processes and administrate tasks
Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop channels of communication while understanding and managing professional relationships
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills are a must
Willingness to get your hands dirty to understand the projects you are supporting
Data science/analytic skills are a plus
Ability to drive communication within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines, aggressive goals, and demanding work environment.
Have an inquisitive and open attitude to exploring new ideas and eagerness to continuously learn and take on tough problems
Ability to perform in a fast pace high stress environment
