Influencer Marketing Platform for eCommerce ( we work with some top enterprise brands nationally!)

Has current/previous experience managing a community of influencers and is ready to take on the responsibility of managing top accounts and campaigns in a fast-paced, growing company.

● Ability to participate in strategic thinking in planning influencer marketing campaigns
● Experience with influencer marketing, content production, talent agencies and the searching
and identification of influencers
● Experience with briefing, coordination of content production, editorial monitoring, and analysis
of results
● Ability to find creative solutions for brands and influencer problems
● You know social media platforms and are always aware of the latest trends
● 3+ years working in an influencer facing or social media role at an agency, platform or brand
● Excellent customer service skills
● Ability to manage time effectively/efficiently
● Project lifecycle management
● Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline

● Support content marketing and creator campaigns generated by our brands on the platform,
from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting
● Manage day-to-day multi-channel engagement across social media, email, push notifications
etc. to activate influencers to submit to brand campaigns
● Drive execution of creator education activities on social media by creating videos and posts, and
highlighting best practices, etc.
● Find creative solutions to creators’ problems, and manage creator relationships closely
● Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving community
growth and engagement
● Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach micro influencers and
every-day creators
