Hiring for a top fast growing CPG brand HQ'd in San Diego. 

This is a strategic leadership opportunity that will assist to build off of and manage retail relationships as well as head up relationships with digital and traditional marketing agencies. We are currently driving the retail side of the business while continuing our DTC successes. 

Position can be fully remote or a couple days a week in office as needed/desired.  

Company is publicly traded overseas and will offer an ESOP in addition to base salary and other incentives. 

Will report to the President of North America and is responsible for the development and execution of an integrated marketing strategy that will create customer demand for our brands. This position organizes, directs, and manages marketing functions including eCommerce, brand identity, product marketing, acquisition and retention programs (online and offline), retail/merchandising and public relations. It requires being hands on with day-to-day operations and overseeing and elevating a team of in-house and external resources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Analytics, Reporting and P&L Accountability
· Develop and manage the P&L and budgets.
· Track and communicate the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic growth, conversion rate, average order size, revenue, new buyers, repeat buyers, email opt-in, and effectiveness of merchandising and promotional campaigns.
· Conduct and analyze market research to determine risk and marketability of potential products and product features.
Acquisition & Retention
· Build an integrated marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, boosting lifetime value, and reducing acquisition costs.
· Leverage content marketing, conversion optimization, search engine marketing, email marketing, social media, events, advertising, public relations and other marketing collateral to generate and increase demand for NGS brands.
· Develop and implement marketing programs targeting medical professionals to help increase awareness to drive consumer demand.
· Develop and implement marketing programs designed to generate retail traffic and in-store sell-through

Branding
· Direct the execution of the US brand strategy, including value proposition, brand positioning, and creative direction. While reporting to the President of North America, the role will include global ownership of the brand. While the candidate does not need global experience, the role will require the desire/willingness to be involved and assist the brand leads in other geographies.
· Work with creative resources to ensure a consistent look and feel among all collateral materials.
· Manage the design and creation of marketing assets such as website graphics, banner ads, direct mail, sell sheets, POP, folders, trade show graphics, and all other corporate imaging.
· Design and execute programs to leverage word of mouth, increase review and consumer sentiment, and heighten NPS.
e-Commerce Sales and Operations
· Direct all aspects of the e-commerce (direct and Amazon) and digital presence including online marketing, merchandising, user experience and e-commerce operations.
· Develop and execute the marketing calendar including the pricing & promotional calendar
· Collaborate with finance and operational resources to ensure proper e-commerce inventory planning, acceptable inventory turns, margin and pricing requirements
· Collaborate with technology resources to continuously evolve site experience by launching new features and functionality driven by customer needs and expectations
Management
· Create the strategic and tactical marketing plan for digital and offline marketing programs that support the business’ priorities, growth goals and competitive advantages. Programs to include direct marketing, public relations, advertising, digital marketing, product marketing, tradeshows and events.
· Lead in-house team and supporting agencies and partners to drive significant growth in the US market
· Direct the day-to-day operations, advertising/promotions budget, site marketing & maintenance for the e-commerce (Amazon and direct) business
