Director Demand Generation / Lead Generation

Sales Orientated - Generate demand & direct revenue. Build an outbound SDR team.- Value: Persistent driver of revenue growth
Seeking a top Demand Gen leader with expertise in B2B SaaS. Player/Coach ready to dive in hands on while scaling a team. Will be responsible to hire and build a team of 3 rather quickly with exceptional additional growth ahead. 
Reports to a top ranking CMO that has risen substantially over the years. Very bright minded and a get results leader! 

- Remote position. However would go to Houston TX for 2 days in-office per month (they will fly you out, put up in hotels, etc.).
- Player & coach. MUST be able to execute AND lead... not just lead.  We'll need them getting dirty early on.

- Some travel necessary - e.g. we'll send them to a few events potentially to immerse themselves in the industry.
- Company is going through high growth! Startup that is well funded and blazing through hiring sprints due to the market fit of their product. It's massively impactful and the customer is loving it! 
- Product roadmap is extensive. First product launch is going amazing well. Other opportunities down the road for further growth. 

$120 - $150k base + bonus + equity component
