About the role:

Social Media Community Manager to continue to build our engaged digital communities and support the growth of our brand. We are looking for a creative thinker with a passion for the creator economy and the ability to bring a brand voice to life. We are known for our lighthearted approach to community engagement, and we are searching for someone who can contribute to our brand's banter across all channels. As a member of our Social Media team, you will have the opportunity to push creative boundaries and develop unique content to drive engagement and build brand affinity.

Key Responsibilities:

● Build and own humor for our brand across social media and other owned channels.
● Lead community management across all social media channels, delivering personalized responses that build brand affinity and drive engagement.
● Be at the forefront of trends, memes and humor to bring relevant content to our online communities.
● Contribute to the company's playful banter online and insert our company into online communities in fun and engaging ways.
● Plan and execute community initiatives and programs to drive brand awareness.
● Grow creator outreach funnel to recruit top-tier creators aligned with the company’s goals.
Ideate innovative tactics to reach out to new creators.
● Identify new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products.
● Provide community feedback to Social Media Manager for strategy development.
What you’ll need:
● 2+ years of experience in community management, content development and creator
engagement across Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and other emerging platforms.
● Obsessed with social media trends and virality, and passion for YouTube and the creator
● Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow, and the ability to change directions
● Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the proven ability to bring a brand
voice to life.
● Friendly, humorous, and outgoing personality.
● Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
● Proficient in social media management too
