As Digital Marketing Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in developing digital marketing capabilities, strategies, and solutions for the marketing organizations. You will collaborate and engage with business partners on their digital transformation and digital strategies, solve digital marketing challenges, and create governance and best practices. You will seek to build consultative technical relationships with business partners, effectively becoming a trusted adviser.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Marketing Automation project - audit, health check, knowledge base, governance, data management, etc.
• Lead business partner engagements and work streams related to MarTech platform enablement needs.
• Set the production vision and strategy for Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation, and Account Based Experience technologies stack.
• Update end-to-end digital marketing process to ensure the process is optimal and current.
• Create complex channel marketing plans by translating business objectives into defined channel marketing goals, strategies, and tactics.
• Serve as a trusted solutions architect to ensure the right solution is developed for various business partners in the US and outside of US.
• Work with global and regional business partners to prioritize and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Research and deliver assessments and proposals for marketing solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, enhancements, service requests, manage priorities, remove roadblocks, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in in related field, 12 years’ experience of previous related experience.
• Adobe Experience Cloud / Marketo Certified Expert.
• Experience in data architecture, integration, design and delivery.
• Hands on experience in the following areas: Marketing Automation (Marketo, Eloqua, etc), Marketing Analytics, Customer Data Platform, and Account Based Experience platforms (DemandBase, Terminus, 6Sense, People.Ai, etc).
Additional Skills:
• Experience in the following fields: PPC, lead generation, online engagement, social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Proficiency with digital analytics, including strong experience with Google Analytics and with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlikview, and managing reporting and dashboards for digital marketing programs.
• Thought leadership and influencer, requires the ability to communicate and present at the leadership and executive level.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize/communicate conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep problem solver with a record of overcoming technical limitations.
• Breadth of knowledge in both technical and business acumen.
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
• Travel as required.
